Filling Machine Character:
1. This machine is washing filling capping 3 in 1 machine, can fill water, juice, flavor drink
and other still beverage;
2. The machine can work on bottles of different size, from 100-2000ml, only by chaning some spare parts;
3. filling heads 50 pieces, capacity can reach 24000BPH (bottles per hour);
4. The machine is controlled by Inverter, PLC and HMI, easy to operate.
5. All parts connect liquid are made of stainless steel SUS304.
Washing Part of Water Filling Machine
1.Stainless steel 304/316L washing heads. 2.Using unique design,avoid the traditional bottle on rubber clip to block the bottle threaded parts may be caused by the
pollution.
3.Washing pump is made of stainless steel.
4. By high spray nozzle, blunt bottle of water jet angles, flush to the bottle of any part of the inner wall, rinse with water
thoroughly and save flush bottle.
Filling part of water filling machine
